A basic sanitary clean service includes tasks that need to be performed on a regular basis to keep a property or facility in good condition. Common items that might be included on a biweekly service menu are:

• dusting all surfaces and decor that are safely in reach
• dusting of ceiling fans and light fixtures
• full sanitary 
• cleaning of glass on front and back doors of main floor
• wiping counter tops and high touch surfaces
• cleaning and polishing of kitchen appliances
• Vacuuming and mopping of all flo

In addition to the items listed in a basic sanitary clean, the tasks included in a detailed deep clean can varypending on the specific service and the client's preferences.

• Clearing surfaces of dust, cobwebs and debris from all areas
• Vacuuming: removing dirt, dust and debris from floors
• Mopping: washing of hard floor surfaces such as hardwood, tile and vinyl
• Deep cleaning and sanitizing of bathrooms
• Cleaning the exterior cabinets in kitchen
• Dry and wet dusting of counter appliances

We offer custom cleaning services especially designed to prime a house for pre-sale cleaning pictures or for an open house. This includes:

• Deep cleaning of all rooms including dusting, vacuuming and mopping
• Kitchen appliances, countertops and cabinets
• Cleaning and sanitizing of bathrooms
• Interior windows, windowsills and window tracks
• Dusting and wiping of baseboards, doors and moldings

Add-Ons can NOT be added to INITIAL cleaning services **These items are NOT included in our Basic Sanitary Clean or Detailed Deep Clean and will be an additional charge.

• Windows- $5 each window

• Wet Wiping Outside of Cabinetry in Kitchen - $30
• Dry Wiping Plastic Blinds - ($6 per set of one)
• Wet Wiping Plastic Blinds-$8 per set of one
• Inside of Oven Cleaning - $50
• Inside of refrigerator- $60
